Lansdowne Animal Hospital

We live near Old Ottawa South - so taking our cat here is easy. Since covid, we visit via the parking lot i.e. only our cat goes in! Today, we were served by Dr. William MacDonald and I was impressed. He was easy to talk to, answered all our questions and offered to refer us if need be. Dr. MacDonald even came to talk to us in the parking lot. I have dealt with many vets over the years in Ottawa. None of them have been as approachable as Dr. MacDonald!

VERY disappointed with Landsdown Animal Hospital. Client for over 3 years and let them know my senior cat won't eat.. They can "try" and fit me in.. In 2 weeks. Ridiculous!!!

Dr.I and he’s staff are a completely joy. They are absolutely wonderful, caring and sympathetic . Dr I takes he’s time explaining And I feel like I’m never rushed. He answers all my questions. And if I don’t understand I can call him back in a few days and he always returns my phone calls. After the diagnosis treatment everything is always checking up on my dog to make sure everything’s OK and if I have any questions. I trust him and his staff immensely with my dogs and I would go nowhere else.

Always a great experience and my cats come home happy. Dr. Iraei and Dr. Cady have a wealth of knowledge and spend quality time with you and your pet. The staff are also devoted and knowledgeable and love animals. A great team working together to make your pet healthy and happy.
