    Had a great experience from beginning to end with Gord. He made sure to keep me up to date and the work was well done and finished before time. Very happy with the whole experience.

    Do yourself a great favor and take your car to its dealership for repair. Assured frank and guy When they repaired the passenger side door after a minor accident they did not fasten the lock and cylinder properly. I used the key to open that door rather than using the remote key opener (it is my wifes car and I dont carry two keyless remote opener) the lock was pushed inside and the handle came out. when I went back to them they were very rude and did not accept that.

    I recently had my car repaired at Frank & Guy auto Body Shop on Youville dr. I was sent their by my insurance company for a small collision on my front bumper they gave me an estimate of around 3,000. $ which I taught was a little much ,but I was not paying the ins. Co. Was . It ended up being 0ver 7.000 & and I am not an expert on car repairs. However I believe a lot of repairs they said was exaggerated an maybe never done . Customer service not good.

    Car was there for 45 days. They kept promising it will be ready next week as they were waiting for parts. There are many GM dealers in town and they can't get parts? And you have to call them for updates as they don't have the courtesy to call you, the customer. Week after week, still waiting for parts. Finally got the car after 45 days and they put on wrong tires. Had to call them again and they requested I send photos. Had to call them as usual for status, 3 more weeks to fix. Really! Bad.

    I had work done on my car here. Good work but not happy at how my final payment changed from my initial qoute. One item actually doubled in price and when I asked why I was told that it's because "buisness is buisness". I will not be using them again.
