My income tax was not done properly. When I informed Ms Rais she said she would take care of it. She was somewhat rude. I waited for weeks and heard nothing. In the end I corrected the error myself by opening my a/c with Canada Revenue on-line. It was corrected immediately. The good thing that came out of this is I know I can do my own income in the future. Thanks Ms Rais
