Your attention to detail and helpfulness during installation is what sets you apart from the competition. The time you invest to each set of stairs seems as though your building them for your own home. Creative Stairs and Railing is a small business. Best stair builder ever! The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to provide guidance on the best staircase design for my home. He was the most honest and timely contractor that worked on my house. For the person that left a one star review... How can you review someone that hasnt even done work for you? It is not uncommon these days for contractors to decline jobs considering the booming housing market. No need to take things personally.

They don't even deserve a star but it makes you give one. Very very poor customer service. Person there wouldn't take the time to review my order stated "were to busy don't need anymore business" well let's hope economy doesn't plummet anytime soon. When you will need business. Everyone's busy right now. But there's way to talk to people.
