Sadly, a terrible experience
The review doesn't let me type much so I'll get straight to the point. However, when I state problems, think of it in the worst possible situation because that's how the workers behaved. 1. The biggest problem would have to be the workers attitude. They think of the fastest and laziest ways to get the job done in the quickest amount of time. 2. The toilet paper holder screw was drilled too deep and put a crack on the inside of our cabinet. They left it alone and said "its just a small crack, no one can even tell unless they look really closely at it". They just broke things in our house and say its okay because it's small? Also, when they installed it, it was too small in width to even fit the toilet paper inside and they said "go buy smaller toilet paper rolls". If it fits on the other bathroom, why shouldn't it fit on the second one? There is a clear difference in width on the two toilet paper holders. As I kept telling them to look over it again, they mumble to themselves and start swearing in their own language and sometimes even in English. 3. The microwave is just beyond laughter. Using the microwave interferes with the other waves and cuts off internet. I'm sure that everyone is getting microwave radiation. 4. Three of the electrical outlets were sticking out of the socket and had to get it fixed twice because the first time they did it, it was done with no effort in trying to fix it. They just covered it up and pushed it in. 5. The refrigerator has changed a shade of color on certain spots because they messed with it and sanded it or something. 6. Every single cupboard in the kitchen was crooked. 7. The amount of times I had to request for a fix was insane. They would check off the problem on the list without even doing anything to fix it.
