    dont waste your time with these guys

    although QA is an authorized GE repair facility, these guys do not give a darn about customer service. QA rescheduled their appointment with us 2 times (1st time 1 week ahead of appointment and 2nd time the day of the scheduled apt.) to accommodate their staffing schedule.

    AMAZING!

    I recently contacted QA Appliance to have my washing machine serviced and I could not speak higher of this company. From the pleasant woman on the phone arranging the appointments to the repair people who went above and beyond. It's really nice to see companies that still care about customer service and not trying to make a quick buck!! A++++
