    The warranty service is easy to contact and my furnace was repaired on the same day. Parts ware free because my furnace still in warranty period.

    Homestar has installed Lennox furnace for us two weeks ago. Lawrence and Benny are nice and easy to deal with. Quality work as promised.

    Most unfortunate experience

    The repair dragged on for 6 days this January!! The technician needs far better technical and customer service training. I ended up paying twice to have another local company (recommended by manufacturer) repair the unit and it was done within the hour. Finding a competent service company is not an option.
