    Bad record keepin...

    Bad record keeping lousy, customer service, ham fisted service staff poorly trained etc. generally if you get a deal take and go but don't bring it back that is when you will be sorry!

    we have a 7 day money back guarantee (w/ a 20% restocking fee). We are the only ebike company in Toronto with this policy. We offer a comprehensive warranty and we can fix anything we sell. Please let me know what issue you have and we will resolve it. Thank you.

    Do not buy anything from them, they sold me junk, and refused to take it back. Buy from a better place.

    Hello John, I'm not sure who or why you feel that we refused to take it back, we have a 7 day money back guarantee (w/ a 20% restocking fee) & we are the only ebike company in Toronto with this policy. Please feel free to contact me and give me all the details about this issue so I can look into it. daniel@daymak.com We do offer a full & comprehensive warranty and have a full time mechanic on duty everyday at each of our retail stores. I'm sorry that you had a bad experience, but this is not the norm, we have been in business since 2001 & sell thousands of bikes a year, we want to work with our customers for a satisfactory outcome to any issues that may arise.
