Downright Healthy Foods

Bought a 750 G bag of roasted Cashews. 3/4 of the bag had very very dark cashews. Had a few then tossed the bag, they seemed bitter and tasted awful. Most like very spoiled. Please be careful when buying these.

I just purchased your (sour favorites) candy. And I would just like to say I'm not not impressed... as they are not even sour, and this was the reason I purchased them...............

I have bought many bags of their walnut pieces from Walmart, over at least a year’s time, but I never will again. EVERY SINGLE BAG has been stale, and they do not put expiry dates anywhere on the bag. I thought each time that I just got a bad bag, but I eventually realized they were all like that, and always would be. This is a substandard product, and I will never buy a Joe’s Tasty Travels product from this company again. Stay away from this company!

First time buying product from Downright Healthy Foods " Joes Tasty Travels" Biggest damn chocolate covered Raisins i ever saw. Bought in Walmart and will be Looking for more of Healthy Foods Products.

the Joes roasted deluxe mixed nuts with 40% cashews unsalted may have poisoned us. Two of us had a bowlful of these and later that night our throats started to swell, our tongues swollen and very sore. Couldn't eat or drink hot or warm things for 2 weeks. It finally got better, but it was awfully scary. Definitely will not buy nuts from Walmart now Joe's nuts again. This is a product of Downright healthy foods l.p. Toronto Ontario

Where’s the salt!! Why did you change your reg salt to sea salt?! Can’t taste any salt at all, I’m stop buying !

JohnVince Foods are the suppliers of Downright Healthy Foods LC. Planters is the main distributed rights to selling in Canada, the bulk products are secondary lower grade products. i.e. the pistachio nuts have so many empty shells that the 600g are reduced in size and value. They should package them as seconds!!

Joes Tasty Treats JuJubes: For the past month, they have been mixing in stale black candies with the fresh candies. They used to have a good product at an attractive price, but now the quality is questionable.

Their Wasabi Peas have the following ingredients: Monosodium Glutamate, which is an excitotoxin Maltodextrin, which spikes blood sugar, suppresses probiotics, is made from GMO corn, increases susceptibility to auto-immune diseases Tartrazine, which is an artificial yellow colour made from coal tar, which can reduce sperm count and cause hyperactivity in children. So much for healthy foods.

I no longer buy from this company because they use palm oil in their products. The huge global demand for this is clear cutting rain forests, edging orangutans closer to extinction, and dramatically contributing to climate change. I care how my choices affect the planet, and so am putting my money in products that do not use palm oil.

Have been buying Joes sour jubes forever and now I pick up 4 bags and they all are mixed regular and sour together. Aweful product.
