I have been banking at this location- 1400 Lawrence Ave West for ten years and I have never had a negative experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and efficient. I recommend this branch.
This location is horrible, the staff don't know anything or understand what you tell them. It also seems like they weren't trained under same policies as every single staff member told me something different! They do not want to help you at all!
