Non-stop construction, one elevator working, parking $90, rent increases $80+ a year, noise. The apartments are in poor shape. The building is old and anything (electricity, water etc.) might break on you at any moment. They actually like when old tenants leave because they can charge the new tenants anything they want. So do not expect any improvements.

First, one has to be deaf to live in this building. It is absolutely impossible to study or do any kind of paperwork because of the noise that some of the tenants make. Right now, at 10:30 pm one can enjoy some guitar noise that is coming from the penthouse. It will be going for another hour at least.
