Ordered takeout pizza and thought it tasteless. l'll try it one more time hopefully better results.

worst service in niagara falls

We called ahead for our order and were told 25 minutes it took over an hour to get our order. It took so long that my wife had to come in with our baby after pulling in front of the restaurant and having me run in to get our order. The food was not even that good and the manager didn't seem to care that much and there were other people who didn't get their order on time including their own delivery man. Don't bother with this restaurant, not worth the trouble lots of better choices in niagara falls.

Very good pizza and wings. They have very good food also. Great Italian food. Hard to get in in the summer popular with the tourist with good prices

Don't Count on Getting Food

We ordererd pizza and were told it was a 45 min - 1 hour wait. Fair enough, it's a busy Saturday. After an hour and a half, I call and they said that there was no one here. They apologize, and say they will send someone right over. Call a half hour later, and again told that they came and there was no one here. If you're ordering from here, don't count on your food arriving. I've eaten here several times in the past and the food was good, but after this: never again. I wouldn't reccommend it to anyone.

We took our family of 5, which includes3 kids, ages 4,6,9. We got a medium pizza ($17), and the kids shared a small pizza ($9). The kids each got 2 slices out of the small, and were full. My husband and I shared the medium pizza, and 1 lb of wings. We didn't need the wings...the pizza is absolutely loaded with toppings! They used ingredients like Canadian pea meal bacon, which is not a standard topping as it is significantly more expensive, and they didn't skimp on anything. The best part was that they brought the pizza out on silver stands, and when you lifted the slice, the cheese was oozing, and you had to use your fingers to break the strings of gooey cheesy goodness. The crust was not thick, but not so thin that you couldn't taste it either. It also had a nice crunch to it. The staff working at Zappi's seemed genuinely happy to be there, which made for a very positive atmosphere. The restaurant was clean, despite being very busy. We loved this place, and vow to make it a tradition each time we visit the falls. Our total bill was $50 with 5 non alcoholic drinks, 2 pizzas and wings.

We just finished a nice dinner at Zappis & my boyfriend and I shared the White Greek pizza & wings. The pizza dough is so fresh and you can tell everything is homemade. Cant wait to try something else soon. I highly recommend everyone try it.

Great Pizza and Apps

Everywhere I visit I am constantly searching for the best pizza in town. During my visit in Niagara Falls I was recommended to Zappi's Pizza and was pretty excited to find it. The pizza was great, and authentic. I'd also check out the appetizers. All of them looked unique and tasty, but we tried the 'Italian Nachos' with hot sausage, sooo great and loaded with fresh toppings. It was crispy from the oven, so good. If youre looking for an authentic, definitely not frozen meal, check out Zappis.

We Come Back Every Year

My wife and I visit the falls once a year, and each time we make a point to come back to Zappis! We love both the pizza and pasta, so lately we've been ordering one of each and sharing! Delicious food. A highlight of ordering the pasta is the freshly cut Italian bread they serve with it, I believe its made in a local bakery! Thanks again for the great meal! We will be back next year!

Amazing Pizza

I had a great experience at Zappi's Pizza. I was recommended over by someone at the front desk of the Embassy Suites. It's close to the falls, so was only a short walk away which we loved. The scenery was bright and colourful, and I loved that the hockey game was playing on a flat screen. Our server was great and friendly, and helped us decide to get the Diavalo Carne Pizza: hot sausage, hot peppers, salami and pepperoni...to die for. Well, needless to say, it was delicious. One of the best pizza's I've ever had. Especially in an area where you're surrounded by endless chain restaraunts. It was refreshing to eat a family restaurant right in the tourist area. I think the owner was actually making the pizzas himself. I would definitely recommend this stop for anyone in the area!

Fantastic steak sub and the best pizza in town. Service is fast and friendly and prices reasonable given the quality. Patio in pleasant weather and a nicely decorated restaurant. The food and friendly atmosphere is what you go for though. Right on hotel row in the Fallsview district, so hotel guests probably get fast hot pizza too!
