Buckner's Source For Sports

Told by the owner today that I will be placed at the end of the line to have my skates sharpened to cater to “his customers “. He had purposely served 2 different customers before me that entered the store after me. It was quite pathetic watching him deliver incredible cheerful service too, compared to what I’ve seen in the past and experienced that day. Very unprofessional and embarrassing watching this fool play these games. All because my skates were purchased from Front Row Sports.

A HUGE thank you to Ryan-the store owner, for keeping the store open past closing time and being thorough in making sure he was selling me the proper stick! He even gave me the sale price a day early!! Thank you-you’re a life saver!!

The service is good but most important the knowledgeable staff was very helpful. my son had problems skating found out it was cause of who handled the equipment source for sports straightened everything out fast and reasonable. I have always got honesty first there. Thanks again Buckner's.

Awful Attitudes - Be Advised

Went in to this location to look at some rollerblades and when we asked to try them on the man working there stated that "They wouldn't fit, do you still want me to get them?" The whole time we were in the store he continued with his rude remarks and asked if we wanted to bet on the rollerblades not fitting. We left the store without anything - not because they didn't fit, but because we would never support a business that treats their customers that way. Blown away by the awful attitude towards customer service.
