    Saw online that there was an iPhone 13 pro max available at the store so rushed over there on a 45 minute drive Upon reaching, even though the store was not busy and there was no line up, was told that the phone could not be purchased without an appointment. Even though we were ready to pay and have a quick transaction. Asked if we can purchase online and then pick it up right away - he guy named "Chris" said it would have to be picked up the next day. Even though the place was not busy

    Couldn’t get any worse. The service. The people. This store is just employing zombies. Useles. Avoid this location if you want to keep your sanity. To get resolutions -avoid Apple upper Canada mall

    Went in to get my screen fixed and they wiped out my data and my photos. Complete incompetence. On top of that with an appointment it still took them 3 hours to help me. Avoid this place if possible!

    The telephone system is about the worst I have ever been on, it takes about 3 minutes just to be put on hold !!

    Poor customer service, waiting 10 days for a battery to come in to replace my defective one (I had to call in to find that out, they did not email me as promised). Now they tell me I need to leave my phone there between 1 hour to 24 hours. I offer to make an appointment but apparently that does not matter. Very bad service for a premium product. Store manager was condescending and acted like they were doing me a favor by fixing a defective product.
