The Source Temiskaming Square

Purchased a cell phone booster. I asked for one that would cover a large area. I brought one home, turns out I didnt have enough cell service to make the booster work. I took it back to the store for a refund and was told they didnt refund equipment that was wrapped as they couldnt resell it. I explained that I was not informed this at the time of purchase and how would I know if the 400$ machine worked unless I unwrapped it and tried it. Took me complaining to get my refund.They need more info.
