There is a clear management problem in this store. Shopped here 3 times now and have left frustrated 3 times. Staff poorly trained on customer service - that is a management issue for sure. Sat at the til for 5 mins while the cashier waited for the other employee to finish helping a man find his dog food. They were going to ring him in first ?. WEIRD VIBE in this store and that tells me the management is crap.

As a customer I do not want to be responsible for someone else's pet running loose in the store. I do not want to be yelled at to close the door faster, and I do not want to be treated with derision and sarcasm if staff feels I am not responding fast enough to suit them. I have shopped here many times in the past but will not again. Staff should be aware they are there to serve the customer, not the other way around.

I'm through with ...

I'm through with this place. Tonight I was turned away an hour before closing because neither of the two staff members were willing to I've shopped here for years out of convenience but the revolving door of new staff ensures you'll never get the same information twice, and their knowledge range widely from excellent to questionable.

Amazing selection...

Amazing selection, healthy tropical fish, birds ans small animals. Plenty of choices in grooming, toys and food, My hamsters love their scoop your own hamster feed. Delightful staff and parking in rear.
