    Most horrible experience ever. I have gone through everything imaginable. I have had to phone them untold times, information is wrong or contradictory, delivery that is supposed to happen doesnt, cant reschedule, cant get a phone number to call them. Just now, they blocked my email. And still no parcel. Horrible! Awful!

    I am not happy that I have to drive from Shelburne On to Mississauga On to collect a package. This area is deemed rural but we have mail boxes on our street. If l want it delivered to closers location l have to pay. What an inconvenience?

    UPS has lost a previous package containing a sofa since September 2017. Another replacement package was sent out on November 2017 and lost again. Contacting UPS representatives and supervisors was very agitating and anoying. They are all skilled in lying or just not knowlegeable in their services. Contacted UPS at different times and dates and always received diffent answers. Very obvious that they do not track and scan packages accurately and not damaged. Delivery service NOT FOR CHRISTMAS!

    The yellow sticker they put on my door has no tracking number. It only has an infoNotice number. I called the call center to request pickup and they told me infoNotice number and the tracking number is the same. Then the second I went to pickup and gave them the infoNotice number. They told me the package cannot be found and there is nothing they can do..
