Sylvan Learning of Mississauga Centre

Although we were not familiar with the program we tried it for March break because its convenient location. My 11 year old was less than enthusiastic when he heard he will be enrolled. Much to our surprise and relief he loved it from day one! Each day he was happy to go and declared he had a great day (he is usually frugal with compliments). Everyone at the Centre was amazing, and their Robotics program is great. Highly recommend it!

My son loved the Robotics program offered at Sylvan! He came home everyday very excited, and he loved going back. He learned a great deal about coding and robotics! He also attended help for his writing and reading skills, and he has improved so much ever since! My daughter attended the french program at Sylvan, as well as an organization course. I have seen a lot of improvement in those two fields for her. Thank you Sylvan.

Highly qualified staff and great service

I had heard of Sylvan but did not know what to expect. I had tried the 'we come to your home companies' but I really wasn't impressed. Sylvan impressed me and more importantly, my daughter, from day one. The centre is clean, well organized and very professionally managed. They know exactly where my daughter is with her courses and her needs. She has come a long way in the last 6 months. She she was a very insecure Grade 7 girl who seemed to be losing her way. I tried everything but could not get through to her. The Sylvan staff made it look easy. I think they gained my daughters trust by demonstrating that they were on her side and the believed in her (why does that not work for us parents!) Anyway her Sylvan teachers were amazing. They always had her lesson plan on the table ready to go. I also liked the regular feedback from the Directors too as it kept me informed and involved. Its been a great weight off our shoulders to see her regain her self esteem. She is now looking forward to High School which i was soooo worried about. I can't recommend Sylvan enough.
