    Very friendly and supportive! I came to them with a lot of frustration and stress due to previous experiences with other companies and they helped me every single step of the way, financially and emotionally.

    They told me I could get a second mortgage and then proceeded to charge me thousands of dollars. In process of reporting this business to CMHC.
