Worked hand in glove with the building Manager in Brampton. Building Manager recommended these guys. They did the job co-ordinating with the Tenant & Building Manager. I was not informed or called or sent an invoice. The next thing I knew is that the amount was on my Condo Statment up for payment. When I asked the building Manager she said a copy was given to the tennent. Is the tennent paying for this? $600 to change a water shut off valve. The building Manager now washes her hands off.
