Barber Shop

My kids and I have been living only 5 mins away from the BarberShop for the past 11 years and finally I got my son to go into the place and get his haircut. He walked out so happy and said I'm only coming back to Dylan to cut my hair. He loved the cut the style and the customer service. Such friendly and high class quality customer service. Thank you guys for putting a smile on my son's face.

Very badly treated. Zero respect. When I complained to the stylist that the disinfection of the materials did not seem correct to me (I saw she barely sprayed the utensils), she took it very aggressively, not only raising her voice but also REFUSING to properly disinfect the materials. The hairdresser complained to two of her coworkers out loud, who instead of supporting the costumer, she ended up attacking me too. The hairdresser yelled at me “I had no right to claim anything”

This was my sons first time at this barbershop. We asked if they cut black hair, they said no problem. When he came home, he had a zag down the center, easily seen when you look at him head on, and the fade at the back was splotchy. Hands down, the worst barber cut I've seen. I'm sure they cut straight hair fine, but I will never go back here.

My son enjoys going and they do a great job!
