Unfinished repairs on the floor - glue showing, the shoe moulding looking terrible, bad cutting and piecing together, spaces between the corners and floor - replace the bedroom trim with a more heavy duty trim like in the bathroom doorway. Also he said he would fill in the big space between our floor and patio door. It is trapping a whole lot of dirt and grime being open and not filled in!! ) I sent emails complaining that i wanted it redone but they have refused to send someone to fix it all.
