Their appliance replacement parts are over priced. The parts they sold me I paid approx. $90 and better quality parts cost approx $20. I did not find them to be more knowledgeable than a mediocre YouTube video. The advice they gave me did not even make sense. To me it seemed they were trying to point me in the wrong direction because they wanted me to hire them to repair my appliance.

The owner of this business hung up the phone on me when I questioned if his prices were negotiable. How rude! All he wanted was for my to just pay up what he wanted

For over 30 years my experience using the services of this business has been exceptionally good.This company try to assist you with solving your problem by first giving you suggestions how to try fixing the problem yourself.This sometime do fix the problem.It's rear to find this kind of customer service.I strongly recommend this company for your peace of mind with a honest and trustworthy team.

This is the repair work shop you are looking for. When my refrigerator broken down, I called them yesterday morning, and they give me a quick apt at noon. The technician came right on time, checked it and replaced a relay, job were done,very professional and free of charge on part and labor even my mother-in-law doesn't speak English at all(I wasn't at home at that time). I definitely will buy new fridge from these people with reputation when my old one is dead.
