What happened to the quality of customer service? It has gone down the toilet, I must say!! No professionalism whatsoever. Oh dear lord, please help these children...
Beware for customer service, the girl works there is straight up ridiculous, chit chatting with co workers when i first go in to question my online order with the wrong price, check the problem for me and say have to deal it with the sells staff which is LITERALLY RIGHT BESIDE her, would not help my the problem, throw me back the item and tell me I'm busy I have work I can't do anything for you, go ask sells yourself and chat with her fds again. I'm never going back. Unprofessional at its best.
