If I could put no stars, I would. I brought in a Laptop with video white screen. I booted it up for them to show them. We used one of their monitors to show that VGA worked perfect. They said maybe just a loose wire and leave for technician to check. I called many times, finally they said cannot be fixed. Picked it up, and it was barely put back together and the 500GB hard drive and battery were missing. Plus it would not even power up. He says they were never there, but I showed them the la
