Great customer service

I've been going here for ALL my needs since 2013. He hired a marketing company that put those flyers up at a nearby mall...I actually asked him. Now as for his knowledge of vehicles? He's as good as they get. He is a licensed mechanic originally from Vancouver, BC. He's serviced everything we own from mini-van's to basic sedan, to BMW's. I don't live in the area anymore, but ANYTIME I get a quote for anything, I always ask him. He's good and trusted. Works on all the vehicles himself.

What a terrible experience. He is nice but his lack of knowledge regarding repairs and troubleshooting is very irritating. I can only trust him for oil changes. And estimate was all wrong and a bit north compared to other shops. Thanks.

Flyer stuck on window

Come on, did you guys really have to use flyers that leave a mark on the windshield, you know it is going to happen after it rains. My car was parked at Markville Mall, I saw plenty of other cars with their flyers stuck to their windows after the rain and its going to even worse because it was immediately very sunny afterwards. This is unacceptable, I know people usually don't care enough to post about something like this but this has got to stop.
