Jordan Gray Garage

I have been using Grey for 15 years and was very happy with their work, prices, and customer service. As loyal customers they always went the extra mile for us, until today. We were told one thing over the phone, drove 30min from out of town to be told something completely different. They did nothing to stay true to their word and did not work to correct the issue at all. After 15 years of loyalty this is not how I expect to be treated. Will never return. This garage is wonderful!!! They provide small town service, where they take time to know your name, and provide extra service and supports!!! Recently another car scratched the back of my bumper in a parking lot, and Jordan Gray buffed it out and did not charge me for it!! Their kindness, turned a bad morning, into a wonderful day!!! So grateful to everybody at the garage, and I would highly recommend them to everyone!!!
