The technician who took the blood was amazing, kind and quick. The isssue i have is with the unprofessional behaviors of the front desk A newer employee took a longer than normal break, not realizing it was only a 15. The woman at the front desk spoke at her disrespectfully and when the employee tried to speak up and apologize, she was told to drop it and stop talking about it. This was all in front of everyone waiting to get bloodwork. Should have been taken care of elsewhere.

Not very happy with the service. Make appointments every time I go and still have to wait at least 15 minutes before getting called. What is the sense in making appointments. Nurses send more time talking to each other instead of serving patients. Now this week got called because lost blood for INR but results show up twice done. And now my husband and I have to do another urine sample because the courier left it out so now I have to go back again.
