Le Nails

My daughter and I have gone together regularly for years and have never been disappointed with the services and cleanliness. It is so much cheaper than the last place we went. I recommend Linda.

First time coming here 3 weeks ago for a pedi and just discovered I have nail fungus on my toenails! They use bags to cover their equipment which doesn’t mean it’s sanitary! I will never go back! What kind of service is this? No option for NO STARS!

Got a pedi done an she did it less then 10mins an got charge $50... Worst place ever an they charge kids full price. For a short 5min pedi an polish on nails cost me $35 for a 6 years old.

I have been coming here for years. A lot of people I know had stopped coming here because they were not happy with their services and how they were being treated. I continued to give them the benefit of the doubt, until today. Very rude customer service (not how anyone should be treated, especially a loyal customer). I will be going to another nail salon where I know a lot of their workers have went to because of how they were also treated as employees. Absolutely do not recommend.

This is the only place I go to get my nails done. They are very friendly and all speak very good English. They do an amazing job for a decent price. Every time I go they are always busy so make sure you book an appointment.

Got a manicure/pedicure package for my wife as a gift. When she went to redeem they did the work but then followed her out to the parking lot to say she had not paid. She showed them the certificate that was provided to me from Le Nails and they said it didn't cover the full cost of the work and charged her an additional $15. The work done looks good, but the customer service leaves something to be desired. Will not be using them again.

Get your nails done somewhere else, terrible and uncomfortable service

Good people there is no doubt in that. However, didn't do what I wanted despite the fact that I showed a picture of the design or look I wanted. Very disappointed that I didn't get what I wanted and didn't like the final look at all.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE! Worst manicure ever. Got shellac and the girl dremelled it off at least 4 times after I had warned her in advance that I have oily nail beds and they normally have to put the shellac on thicker. So finally after 45 minutes of speaking to other employees in their language and taking it off and putting it back on the manager came over and had a "more experienced" girl put it on and it was put on quickly and thick. And only offered me $5 off. ??

The worst pedicur...

The worst pedicure. They don't do anything that you can't do yourself. My shellac nailpolish doesn't even go close to my cuticle and is very slanted, also my feet are still rough. What a waste of time and money. Go elsewhere.

Careless and unhygienic

Worst manicure ever. A plain white with a couple of flower designs ended up looking like a blurry disastrous flower. Although I made my complaint and the manager had it redone, the final result did not improve at all. Staff work quick+careless, always on their cellphone, can't communicate in english. Bathroom also used as kitchen and utensils warehouse; door always open so you can see what's happening in there. The Manager apologized and wanted to redoit for the 3rd time. Never again.
