The new location in Kitchener, however, needs significant improvement. My party and I visited on a Friday evening and had to wait 10 minutes for a waitress, 15 minutes for a beer, and 20 minutes to order a second round. When additional guests showed up, we asked for a few more glasses to share the pitchers that were already on the table. By the time the glasses showed up, we had finished two full pitchers, and had no beer to share. Although I admit that beer disappears quickly around myself and my friends, we are talking about a 20-25 minute wait FOR GLASSWARE!
Over the course of 3.5 hours, we saw our waitress about 6 times in total, and 4 of those 6 were in the last hour. They messed up our food order, took forever with our drink order, and their only excuse was that it was "hectic" that night. As an ex-server, I asked where her section was, and she pointed to a total of 6 tables, 3 of which were empty.
Horrible service, and probably won't be going back!!
