    Very negative exp...

    Very negative experience around payment and mistakes made in their part. They never took responsibility for this and left me, disabled and without transportation, with the reaponsibility to arrange payment again, for what I had already arranged and they messed up. No apologies, no customer appreciation. At the other end, North Vancouver UHaul was great. STAY AWAY FROM KINGSTON UHAUL Princess St.

    Avoid like the plague

    Had a reservation more then a month ago, they overbooked and told us if we wanted it we'd have to drive 40 minutes away, we ended up having to leave our stuff on the lawn until we could find a replacement. Furthermore they told us they had a smaller truck, but when we went to pick it up they had sent it out to someone else and told us basically we were out of luck unless we wanted to make the 40 minute trip. Basically avoid uhaul Kingston, they lied to us, did not value us as customers, would give them less then 0 stars if I could, AVOID UHAUL KINGSTON.
