What an awful place. I went in to have an essay from a book scanned and was directed to a self-serve machine (that did not work). I asked the woman behind the desk who also could not use it. As a result, I asked if they could just scan the essay for me. No. I then asked them to simply refund my money. Also no. I explained the situation to the manager who just said, sorry. Without doubt the worst experience I have had in Kingston. DONT GO TO THE COPY CENTRE UNLESS YOU HAVE TO.

Donna was super nice at checkout and sold me a warranty for the phone charger. She was really calm for a busy Black Friday and I left the store smiling because she was so welcoming! Thank you!
