Store Manager is a very difficult person. Constantly interrupts my wife and I when shopping, very rude and unprofessional. Brings up his divorces during regular conversation should have stuck to home depot. Will not be returning.

Bought a gazebo last fall. Had to wait to get curtains. They still have the gazebo with a sign "curtains not available". Spoke to Sue in seasonal and she went the extra mile to make sure I left a happy customer. Sue called this morning, my curtains had arrive. Picked them up and installed this afternoon. Thanks to Sue's efforts we will continue to shop at Rona.

Buying an exteri...

Buying an exterior door. Once we initiated the sale, took several attempts for measurements. once done no one contacted us, we had to track down and ask manager for estimate. Paid for and ordered door, now two weeks late for door completion. Lets see how install goes.
