Canadian Tire Associate Stores

I get my car serviced here - always good work, always helpful e.g. share info., give recommendations but do not up sell. When I walk in, dogs are allowed and are given a treat as they leave. I always find what I want at this store e.g. a holly bush at the garden center when no one else had one.

My husband and I just left this store. At the cash register we were served by Joshua who had a scowl on his face while serving us and said nothing except "is that all?" After paying for our almost $300 purchase and after we struggled to carry everything between us (we were seriously loaded down) Joshua, instead of offering to help us out to our vehicle, reminded us to be sure we put our cart away. Worst customer service ever. If Joshua continues to work there, he should be kept in a back room.

As my previous reveiw was censored / rejected, I will be brief and frank. Never shop here. It is horrible in all sense of the word.
