Keswick Nails

I thought i was getting the best pedicure, till i got an ingrown toe nail!!! I could not believe it. I never had problems with this nail, I saw the girl pull something out of my nail. I went back hoping they could just take care of the nail and made me feel like i was asking for a free pedicure! So humiliated by the situation, being yelled at by the owner that i should have gone back after 2 days-nail's don't grow back that fast!? He argued so much w/ me nothing was taken cared of.

Found the next BEST HOTSPOT to get my girl all pampered up! Amazing service with friendly staff, definitely going to bring back here all the time when she needs a fill! Best place I can recommend if you have a design that you have in mind so don't hesitate to ask to try that out! GREAT WORK ONCE AGAIN!!

I'm starting come to this location from June 2016.it is great salon. I do here Manicure. Pedicure. It is new owner of business. They do very professional job. I'm strongly recommend this salon. Sofia.

Worst service in ...

Worst service in keswick. I wish you could take people's stars away, got acrylic and it hurt, was horrible looking and came off within a week. Never go here. It's terrible

Love this Place!!

Have been several times for eyebrow waxing, and pedicures- excellent service, beautiful work and the most pleasant folks ever to deal with. Clean equipment, awesome relaxing chairs, never wait very long-even without an appointment. They always greet me by name and with a huge welcoming smile. Reasonably priced as well.See you soon at Star Nails!

Amazing service! The lady who did my pedicure & manicure did a good job. She did a very cute design for my toes for the nice weather. I recommend you girls to give it a try!

I wish you could ...

I wish you could give places NO stars, because I receieved the all time worst manicure I've ever had here. Polish all over my cuticles when they were "finished" which is funny because the polish doesn't even go down to my cuticles. Looks like my nails were growing out for two weeks. No shellac guarantee, which is great for them considering my shellac started chipping off after 2 days. Pathetic.
