H&R Block

We had this H&R Block do my Husband's income tax this year. But when we noticed that the CS Rep made an error that should not have happened, they were hard to get in contact with even with phone calls and emails. When we finally got in touch, the CS Rep made it look like it was our fault when the information should have been reviewed and because they have access, it should not have been missed. They should have refunded some of the money back that was paid to them. We won't use them again.

I have been doing my taxes with H & R block for the last couple of years and no matter who I get to do my taxes, they absolutely know what they are doing. This year I had Ghana and she was a wonderful person and knew what she was doing.
