    I am now an ex- "regular" client of this location. The staff are rude and uninterested in helping you or taking time on your eyebrow waxing. I usually get my eyebrows done here because of convenience (the mall is on my way home from work). There are several instances where my eyebrow waxing does not go so well. Sometimes, they would talk to each other during my waxing which makes me nervous. One time, they pulled my wax paper in a wrong way way (leaving scars on my upper lip).

    The staff are extremely rude! They're too busy talking to themselves then talking to AN ACTUAL customer. I only went in for nailpolish thank god. I'll never be returning! The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Get your shop in order!! I left and went to sephora, they actually helped and wanted to help me.

    I went today to get my eyebrows waxed and i was very Specific the way i wanted them, the lady was super rough! when I told her I didn't like them she told me it was what I wanted.. umm no it wasn't ! never coming back to this salon..

    Never again

    I stopped into here tonight to get my eyebrows waxed and I had my three year old son with me. I asked if I could get my eyebrows waxed and the girl told me I had to come back at an appointed time which ended up being a half an hour later. So I came back and while I was waiting for the lady behind the counter to help the girl in front of me walked in saying she was hoping to get a wax and the lady said yep go ahead have a seat she is running a bit early. There I am next in line as well as the appt after me had walked in as well and waiting now behind some other girl who literally just walked in. Needless to say I wasn't pleased. I told the girl I was here as the next appt and had hoped to go before the walk in as I had already been in here a half an hour before and was told to come back, and had a child in tow. She said: "Oh you're scheduled with the other girl and she is a bit behind." REALLY?! Needless to say, I was furious!!! I don't care if they are $5 waxes. I went down to another salon and got my eyebrows waxed for $11 and didn't have to wait or be involved in a scheduling mess like at Trade Secret. Get your stuff together!!!
