Best Subs on the mountain... if you go at night.

Fennel subs has amazing subs! The club is my favourite both my family love the place. The gentlemen that works nights is the nicest guy, he will sit there and chat you up while making your sub and I always have a great conversation and sub. He is the best part of the store. The reason this got less stars is the Chinese woman that works there in the day, she does not listen, is rude and almost forces toppings onto your food. It would be 5 stars if she was not working there.

Wife ordered a ham sub and gyro , gyro meat was left on counter to rot all day before serving. Huge hazard. Wife ate half and had diarrhea next day. My Ham sub was good. Salad bar was messy. Shriveled vegetables and petrified olives. Very disappointing. Speedy subs down the street so much cleaner and respects food handling practises and for same price.

You have to be lucky to get fresh sub buns. Also they have a buy 10 get one free....I forgot one day to get them to stamp it and asked if they could catch it up and i was refused more less called a liar so i handed back in my sub card walked out and wont return

As a customer I feel really uncomfortable at fennell subs. The owner is forever yelling at her staff. The worker forgot to charge me 0.60 cents for the extra cheese. The owner witnessed it. Flipped out at the poor worker in front of me. Great way to keep a business... unprofessional owner
