I purchased a mattress set 2 months ago. The mattress was defective. I was told to select another mattress. (Never was I told to get the same value or I would lose the difference) The mattress I selected was on sale. At the Toronto Leon’s I was told they will refund me when they deliver the mattress. I found this odd so I called the Hamilton customer service to verify and was told that I will not be refunded for the difference of the amount I paid. No store credit. They will steal your money.
I would give a 0 star if I could .... I purchased 5 appliances from this location, and it has been issue after issue, including: delays, wrong pricing of items, missing a fridge, missing a washer, delivery was going to be done to the wrong city/address, and many more issues. We couldn't be more disappointed. This is our 4th purchase in 3 years and we never had any issues until this last time. PLEASE train your salesman properly so you avoid disappointing costumers the way we have been disappoint
Garbage customer service. Mattress broke in less than 6 months and they will not replace it. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone
I bought the worst dining room table I have ever owned. I received it around end of September of 2018. The chairs have already broken. This turned out to be nothing but horrible cheap junk made in china! No quality to it and Leon's could care less about it. This table cost me 2 grand. I am going to invest in a Mennonite table and never have to buy another again. Leon's claims to guarantee furniture yet they refused to take this back despite having a 1 year guarantee on it as it broke within 1
Too bad I can't give 0 stars. Hands down, ABSOLUTELY the WORST customer service I've ever encountered. Ordered a mattress, box spring and frame/headboard. Only the mattress and box spring were delivered. After numerous calls to find out why, they tell me it was a separate order, and the frame was on back order. I have been shopping at Leons for years. Recently had the worst experience at the Hamilton location. The salesperson Cindy misinformed us every step of the way and charged us processing fees twice when she shouldnt have. I financed $5000 and was led to believe I can make changes to my order in a certain time period and the overall outstanding amount will be reduced leading to lower monthly payments. Their finance people backed this up but later said it was not the case. SHAME ON YOU
Terrible experience! Sales tells me I only have to attach the front legs at the front of the chairs. THE WHOLE THING NEEDED TO BE ASSEMBLED.Sure Leons offers assembly package...but this was not offered to me. Tools provided didn’t last to complete the assembly-not even close. Issue with chair pad-customer service basically stated I am on the back burner because they are too busy with new customers. Note: you are stuck with all garbage too
We bought a coffee table and two end tables, it wasn't a cheap set, when it was delivered ALL of the furniture was scratched, gouged etc. They replaced one end table with a scratched/marked up one, gave us a 100.00 credit on the other coffee/end table! We've had NOTHING but problems with their products, will not buy from them again!
I ordered a sofa set from them on Dec. 21 2015. They charged my card right away. 10 minutes later I received an email saying the delivery would be on Jan. 21 2016. Jan. 21st came and went and no delivery nor an email saying why it wasn't. I then called and cancelled it. At least they never gave me a hard time with cancelling the order. I would not shop with them again.
Sales person very helpful. Quality of fabric poor and wore down in a short period. Staff referred me to Ray Michaels, who assessed my sofa and loveseat, and took pictures. It looked pretty worn in less than a year. Unfortunately I didn't hear back and have to keep telling my story to friends visiting.
