bought my 2017 escape from them, they were so very helpful with everything, great customer service. we are looking at buy our f150 from them now...
Terrible service. They soaked me for 6K in work and advisor said o2 sensor was on order. Was not on bill and advisor is nowhere to be found. Will not go back there again.
If you are expecting any courtesy or help once you drive off the lot you will be very very disappointed. Once i signed on the dotted line and drove off the lot they forgot about you instantly

It has been 16 years since I brought my last Ford vehicle with my husband. Eastgate Ford was recommended by my friend's husband who came with me when I decided to buy a new car. I had already done some research and so I knew which two vehicles I wanted to try. Both Tom and I felt the experience with the salesman and the dealership was excellent. There was no pressure and the salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend anyone who wanted a new vehicle to consider Eastgate.

This is our second purchase of a pre-owned vehicle. The sales staff are very friendly, not pushy and make the experience a very comfortable one. Both times, if we had any concerns about the vehicle, they were quick to set up an appointment to have it looked at by a mechanic and took care of the problems immediately. Their service department is also very good to deal with and explain every issue in detail. I will continue to use and recommend Eastgate Ford.

Service and sales at Eastgate is the best in the region that's why I have been going there since 1974. I tried other ford dealerships in the area over the years but they didn't compare.
