Amazing Fitness

I would not waste your money at this gym, the disrespect from the employees, I was trying to air a grievance because there are very harmful signs in the women’s locker room, the employee told me it was basically a me problem, and that she doesn’t want me a part of her gym community anyways and I should cancel my membership and hung up on me before I could finish speaking…. The most absurd customer service experience I have ever had, and of course the rude employee wouldn’t tell me her name.

Cintia is very approachable, has a great sense of humor, and is very professional. Any questions I have are always answered easily.

I find that it's "clicky" here. its family ran but it seems you get treated with indifference if you don't "fit in". Nothe everyone here gets treated the same. It's unfortunate. Where all people should be welcomed and givenot the same treatment.

This is a real gym for real people. All ages, shapes and sizes. Rates are reasonable and plenty of parking. There are conduct rules posted, interspersed with motivational quotes that rock. The equipment may be older in some cases, but it is the best of its kind. It could be a bit cooler in the summer. My only critique is the media. Not everybody likes 100 Huntley Street on TV. The music is generally rap or rap genre, and it's way too loud. Hint: most people don't like rap.

LOVE this gym! I started with the 3 day trial and decided to get the full year up front soon after. Very clean facility & friendly staff. This gym has everything you need..and the setup is great! If you're looking for a gym in the downtown area, I highly recommend Amazing Fitness as it also has free parking and if you like to work out during the morning/day it is not too busy compared to evenings. Pricing is basically in line with all other gyms. FIVE stars!

This gym is great. It has all the equipment you need and if you are looking for a gym in downtown hamilton I suggest Amazing Fitness as there is free parking. The staff are always super friendly and the facility is always clean. I like to go during the day as it is not busy at all compared to evenings. Price is basically in line with other gyms. 5 stars AMAZING FITNESS!

The first gym I have gone to that I actually enjoy going to. They have enough equipment spread out through several rooms which is great when it gets busy in there. I've been with them since they opened and I couldn't be happier with the facility and the staff. Thanks to John for the workout tips! It's amazing what changing my posture ever so slightly did for my workout!

Nothing amazing about it. We where told we could pay month to month but after a few days of going to this gym the policy has now changed. Glad I didn't pay for 6 months or a year.. By the looks of no one in there probably will not be open much longer.
