Jesse was very quick to set up a meeting and arranging a quote. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Jack and the crew that did the inspection and installation were prompt and friendly. The roof looks great. My only area of improvement is the time delay and lack of communication between paying our deposit and arranging a start day. We went many weeks and a few un-returned phone calls before I finally got to speak with someone. Overall I am pleased with the end result

I have already recommended them. I would use them again but not for 50 years since my shingles are guaranteed. And great clean up.

I have had roofing work done by Wm Green on 2 occasions and both times the work was performed on time and the quality was excellent. I would not hesitate to use them on my next roofing job and recommend them to friends who need roofing work done.
We purchased the "Best" roof with the Golden Pledge warranty from them, in June 2013, as they are considered the Master Elite installers by GAF. Far from it! The roof took 2 weeks as we waited for the fascia to be installed only to have someone else complete it. Luckily, the Golden Pledge warranty includes a post inspection by a GAF rep who found numerous deficiencies. This resulted in a couple of guys simply showing up on Friday October 11 and replacing a third of our roof. BUT, the fascia was not installed again as well as an incomplete work on the joist. As of now, part of our roof has been exposed to rain almost everyday with no end in sight as to when they will complete it. I've been on the phone, emailing and contacting the Better Business Bureau to get this done ASAP. I don't recommend them but if you do make sure you have a tight contract with penalties for not completing the job. Or simply wait until they fit you in their schedule.
