14 STUCKEY, OUR HOUSE WAS SUPPOSED TO FINISH ON OCTOBER 27,2017, AFTER MUCH DELAY WITH THE BUILDER FOR AAN APPRISER, WE LOST OUR LENDER WE FINALLY GOT THE KEYS,JANUARY14,2017,AND TO OUR SURPRIZED THE HOUSE IS STILL NOT COMPLETED,AFTER BEING CHARGE WITH FEES,IN THE AMOUNT OF $7K PLUS, WE HAVESEND E-MAILS TO THE BROKER, ABOUTTHE INCOMPETION OF THE HOUSE,WAS DIRECTED TO THE SITE SUPERVISOR RON SAVIDO WHO HAS NOT RESPONED,TO DATE WE HAVE TO BE CALLING TRADES,WE PEOPLE TO GET MY HOUS COMPLETED, AND

I recently bought a Thomasfield home in Grand Valley. The house was about 3 years old and I was unaware of the previous history of the home and repairs made by the original owner. Soon after moving in, I noticed a few puddles in the basement. Thomasfield responded very quickly, took the time to find all the leaks, reconstructed the back side of my house, and repaired all damage within the house. These men were kind, consistent, determined, and would not leave until I was satisfied. Very pleased!

Built a home in Grand Valley (Mayberry Hill) with Thomasfield Homes. Had a great experience. This was our third new home build, so we have experience with new home builders and all the unfortunate issues that can arise during the process. Our house was a pretty seamless experience- there were no flashy design centers with ludicrous priced upgrades, and all our design changes were free. All the contractors we met with were friendly. Our 30 day list wasn't big, but customer service seemed helpful!

Thomasfield build a home for me in hopefully heights Breslau. I had so many issues with the electrical, Hvac and plumbing. They don't bother coming out to repair these problems. The contractors they use are amateurs and disrespectful. I don't recommend this builder and their excuses.
