He went into our garage without permission. STOLE a white step stool by switching it with his old broken one. Used our extension cord without asking and didn't even put it back in the same spot. Used our garden waste bags to put old wood and left it in our garage. Left broken patio stones and said he didn't have room to take it and would come by the next to take them. He never came back. Won't return calls.

Frank (NOT HIS REAL NAME) was recommended by a friend. I called him up and he phoned by 5 times as he could not find my home even though I had given him very clear details about where I live. Guess he cannot use a map. He lives in Scarborough, so do I. He showed up with two other people just to caulk a window - did not use a ladder, used one of my outside benches did not have rags, I had to supply rags and towels. He did caulk the window charged me $250.00 please do not hire this man.

Frank took Advance CAD 150.00 for repair my chimney top and never show up. Taking money and not showing up it is not good. He never called back no response. Now I want to return my advance money.
