Pulcinella is a total gem of not only Lakeshore, but of the GTA. Mario and his staff always go above and beyond to accommodate patrons.
Truth be told, my partner and I have been coming here for years.... in fact, we had our wedding reception here. I can honestly say we would not have changed a thing. All our guests said we had the wedding everyone wishes they had! Since then, we have had countless birthdays, anniversaries, and many other celebrations.
The food at the restaurant is consistently
Terrible customer service, had a reservation and we had to wait over 25 minutes. No apologies were given. No respect for the reservation or the customers time. Covid-19 rules are being flagrantly disregarded and violated. Tables are not even one foot apart (less alone six feet) and the restaurant believes they don’t need to be six feet apart. Terrible. Wish it was good cause it’s local but the most terrible experience I’ve had in the GTA. Will not be going back.
Waited to long before anybody came to table. (35 min)
Ordered wine when server came & told her if wine doesnt arrive in 2 min. then were gone. Wine bottle did arrive in 2 min. But then an unnecessary wait for food to arrive. Wild Boar seemed non-existent in main dish. Had to change price on bill for wine.( charged for 1 L instead of 750ml) Service definitely needs improvement.( Pour wine into our glasses during meal & ask us how the food is during meal)
