UNDERCOOKED PIZZA and hassle to get refund!
Undercooked pizza delivered and a severe struggle to get a refund. I am disappointed not only in the bad pizza but the way i had to struggle to get a refund. You just lost a customer forever. I can forgive a raw undercooked pizza, but i cannot forgive poor customer service regarding the refund for a sub standard product
