Janice’s interest in wellness began at an early age. Her mom struggled with anxiety and depression and her dad was ill for many years. “I was constantly looking for ways even as a young kid to help them using natural remedies rather than pharmaceuticals,” says Janice. She became an addictions counsellor but later realized her true passion lied in natural medicine and homeopathy. Janice began attending the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and read about natural remedies for everything from illnesses to skin conditions.
