Horrible experience at this store! Racist employees

We bought a couch and love seat from EHF in April of 2019. Six months after we bought the couch it started to show a fair amount of pilling. The cushions are also starting to sag. We also have an issue where the frame looks like it is bent, but it’s actually the cushioning underneath the fabric sliding off. It’s starting to occur on the love seat as well. A part to fix this was ordered in Oct. No one has called to follow up. I have a 2 year old couch looks 10 years old. Won’t shop here again.

Awesome Customer Service. My wife and I purchased a sofa bed and 2 recliners. Upon delivery, we discovered an issue with the sofa bed (wrong pattern) and an issue with a recliner (configuration). Both issues were manufacturing and not because of EHF. What impressed us was the courteous professionalism we encountered while reaching a resolution. The sofa bed pattern was corrected and delivered. The recliner target date 1 Nov 2019. Because of Mike-Cust svc and Jessica-sales, our go to is EHF.

I almost purchase...

I almost purchased a $3400 sectional today from EHF. This is why I didn't and I urge others who are with their family or children not to shop at this store. We took my lovely 2 year old daughter with us to purchase our new couch. We wanted to make sure we get a nice big family friendly couch with a new baby on the way. My two year old was sitting in a chair while my husband and I picked out fabrics. The chair turned on a swivel. My daughter turned the chair slightly, the chair knocked over a cheap $30 vase. While this happened no sales person was around. But I am sure the crash would have been heard across the store. Eventually, our salesperson Becky came back over. And saw my husband had picked up all the pieces that he could. Also cutting himself in the process. The salesperson Becky says that she'll take that and leaves with the broken vase. Never does she
