24 Hour Thermal Glass Insulation Ltd

All my windows, 17 in total, installed by 24 Hour Thermal Glass Insulation started to develop severe condensation and air leak problems 5 to 10 years after installation, as all the inner seals have broken down. Poor quality windows

I havw their windows installed in 2008 and the seal broke on all windows.

The prior owners ...

The prior owners of our home had this companies windows installed. Of 20 windows, 11 have issues, the windows are less than 3 yrs old. Hinges on 6 windows have broken, 5 locking mechanisms have broken so we can't open the 11 windows. Called the company for assistance, waste of time.I had 2 local window companies repair the windows and both companies said they were the worst quality windows they had ever seen and said its only a matter of time before the rest need to be fixed.

BAD PRODUCT AND VERY POOR SERVICE

I had got 14 windows installed at my house and within 6 years the glass which were manufactured by 24 HOUR THERMAL GLASS INSTALLATION COMPANY, turned pink from inside out indicating the gas leakage in the glass. I called the management of the company &, they straight away refused to accept any responsibility and told me that they can't do anything about it. $10,000 gone to a waste as i have to get the new windows installed. i will defiantly not get windows from a company that uses their GLASS.
