Purchased a brand new napoleon BBQ, The owner made the purchase personal and enjoyable. The BBQ arrived when promised and with no issues. Looking forward to pick out a new fireplace when the time comes.

Purchased a new napolean bbq, great product very happy with it. Purchased a used hot tub through them at the same time. First they didnt fulfill the timeline of the tub being ready. Then they didnt show up 3 different dates while i had a paid electrician waiting for them. Found several jets were broken from day one. They never got replaced. The hot tub leaked from day 1.They came out once and added a bottle of stop leak. Theyve never fixed the problem. Now its a waste of money. Stay away!!
